TO ORDER:
It is very easy, you have to follow the 5 stages offered in order:
n° 1: Choose items you want and click on "BUY" to add at your shopping card
Anytime, you can add or remove item.
n° 2 When your order is complete, Proceed to checkout
n° 3 if your are already our customer, Sign in and complete your order on our site
or if you are a new customer, please to create you account (name,adress,e-mail, etc...)
all informations are confidential and used only by Fleur des Tropiques, to order processing and contact email
n° 4 Choose way of expedition : letter ou package (according to format - flat or bulky)
n° 5 Choose method of payment:

ORDER SHIPMENT:
Orders are dispatched by  as soon payment received
4 means of transport are available :
1) International Airmail letter: time of routing : 8 to 12 working days
2) International Registered letter (with insurance)
refunding or the replacement of the order in the event of damage or loss
guarantees - time of routing : 8 to 12 working days
3) International Parcel (Airmail) Relate to the bulky objects or multiple purchases up to 6 kilos . Time of routing : 10 to 15 working days according to countries
4) Registered International Parcel (Airmail) Relate to the bulky objects or multiple purchasess- refunding or the replacement of the order in the event of damage or loss guarantees. Time of routing : 10 to 15 working days according to countries
Caution : Insurance is optional on any item unless otherwised stated in item listing. We will not be responsible for any uninsured items either lost or damaged once
If the address provided for forwarding were incorrect or incomplete, the order would be turned over to us by the post office, within a very variable time, being able to go up to 4 months. We will contact the purchaser then, to propose a reforwarding to him, with its expenses |
